Privacy Policy
First - a personal note from Will Patching (for laymen - legal stuff can be found below).
You are seeing this because you have followed the Privacy Policy link after visiting one of my suite of websites (see note 1, below). These sites are hosted by me to offer commentary, excerpts, blogs, unpublished works, links, reviews, analysis, articles, videos, documentaries and research on various topics relating to writing in general, crime thrillers, other authors, psychopaths, movies and related issues.
Interested readers who wish to follow me via email may subscribe to my Readers Group Newsletter by entering their name and email address in the form presented on any of my websites where this Privacy Policy will also appear.
Other readers may join 'Will's Readers Group' via a form presented by an independent third party, such as an email service (eg Mailchimp) or book promotion service (eg Voracious Readers, Instafreebie, Booksweeps) during a registration process informing them that Membership entails joining the Newsletter. I do not control these third party sites and they will have Privacy Policies of their own and comply with the relevant laws (eg GDPR) - all I receive from them are names and email addresses for readers who have signed up for my newsletter.
Neither I nor my email service provider collect any other personal information from readers.
I respect email privacy and will keep all personal details private.
The only email addresses collected and stored have been from those people who have expressed a genuine interest in my Readers Group and have freely consented to receive my occasional newsletters.
My websites may present advertisements from two agencies:
